What we collect and why
When you enquire, we collect the contact and event details you choose to provide so we can respond, prepare a quote, arrange the booth and administer your booking. Our booking form is processed by SplitForms. We use relevant hosting and service providers to operate the website and event galleries.
Event photos
Event galleries are shared through a direct link and an event access code. Anyone who has those details may be able to view and download the gallery, so share them carefully. Ask your host for access, or contact us about a photo you would like reviewed or removed.
Storage and access
We keep booking information for our business and record-keeping needs and limit its use to the people and providers who need it. Some service providers may process information outside Australia. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion; some records may need to be retained.
Website information
Our hosting providers may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver and protect the site. Booking details are not used to subscribe you to marketing through this form.
